I have been to Trafalgar's many times, and have to say staff and management have worked very hard to continue improving. I only went for a drink with my husband and after standing in the back bar for 10 minutes we gave up and went to the front only to go back and realise the bar man was actually sat talking to friends just looking at us !! Very poor service read more.
