"First the staff are so friendly and polite, Kellie is such a lovely person and always makes you feel welcome!! I can not recommend the salted caramel frappe made on almond milk enough, its like heaven in a container, everything Ive ever eaten has been delicious, fresh and oh so tasty!! "Ordered takeaway on a Sunday evening. Was told it would be about 20mins wait due to it being a busy night, which I had no issues with however I ended up waiting well over an hour. After initially waiting for half an hour I asked how much longer it would be and was told that it would be about 10mins... 45mins later the food came out. Terrible service."
