I encountered the most kind and patient employee at Wendy's in Bunnell (off Hwy100) yesterday. The young man working at the counter inside was wonderful with an elderly gentleman who was having trouble with his order. It seemed like he was hard of hearing and was generally confused. This employee took his time with the customer to help make sure he got what he wanted. The employee was Corinthian. View all feedback.

Never received part of my order. Tried calling once I got home and realized and no one picks up the phone. So I just spent $10 on food never received. Huge Wendy’s fan but won’t be back. View all feedback.

Spectacular is the word that comes to mind. I have never been to a fast food place where my burger actually looked like the menu and the fries actually hot. The crew at this place is on point. Thank tou from Jacksonville.

Ordered through the app and got my food. The food was hot and fresh even the fries which some places don’t like to give fresh fries.
Went to dine in and walked up to go inside, but got stopped at the door with a piece of paper saying dine in closed. No reason, just said to use drive through, which if I wanted to use drive through I would not have walked up to door to dine in. Will update review once get chance to dine in.
