This was our first visit to Novo as we were just looking for somewhere close to the Zoo, and it turned out to be a great find. The food was great, though I like our Carbonara recipe better. They offer gluten free pasta and pizza crust (curst as it says on the menu)?, and plenty of options. We had an issue of broken shell in the clams, but the staff dealt with it well. We had a really disappointing experience, which I hope isn't the norm, but we probably won't come back to find out. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive after we ordered. And the waiter didn't bring bread until we asked for it, about 20 minutes after we were seated. The food, when it eventually arrived, was good, but not worth the ridiculous wait. View all feedback.
