"Honestly, I 've never had zaxbys before this visit. My cousins tricked me and our other cousin into a surprise birthday meal here. When we ordered our food, the cashier was eyeballing us off the get-go as we read the menu and tried to decide what to get. As we each placed our orders, making sure to state it 'll all be on the same ticket, the first cousin orders his meal, and she quickly gives him the total, we politely remind her that we 're all on the same ticket. Next, my other cousin orders his combo and some bacon fries. The next cousin orders the chicken sandwich combo but notices that she immediately puts in a small combo, so he asks her to change it. I don 't know what happened on the pos, but she quickly got mad and rolled her eyes. My cousin, taking note, quickly asks if she put his combo as a small aswell. She blew up on him and stated, CAN YOU WAIT, shocking all three of us. My cousin gave her a few seconds after she changed the third cousins order and asked her again. WELL CANT YOU SEE IM TRYING TO WORK THIS THING. When it came my turn to order, I just said a number one large and closed the order. I didn 't wanna cause drama at zaxbys, so I took what looked like a quick order, and the order was closed.
