"Wir waren geschäftlich mit 4 Personen im National zum Abendessen. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und die Kellnerin begrüsste uns schnell, begleitete uns zum Tisch und fragte auch gleich nach Getränken.Die Hausspezialität sind die Cordonblue in verschiedenen Variationen und z.B in dieser Zeit auch die div. Wildgerichte.Wir konnten alle je 500g Cordonbleu geniessen z.B mit Pilzen, oder Schinken mit fein geschnittenen Zwiebeln und auch ein Schwinger-Cordonbleu d.h. mit Schinken und Salami wurde serviert.Die Cordonbleu hatte eine leicht knusprige Aussenhülle, waren heiss serviert und on top hatten wir hausgemachte Spätzli.Top Essen, gute aufmerksame Bedienung - gerne wieder"

"Beautiful place in Swiss nature And actually quite interesting to see the actual production of Emmenthal Cheese and the history of it. The centuries-old Bernese houses are also incredibly beautiful. The restaurant itself is only average. Cheese dishes are above average, but the rest is clearly not. The service personnel are also average. (a bit typical of black....: Overall, I will visit the whole cheese factory/museum again, but I will only be for a drink in the restaurant........."
