cooler place for something to eat or a drink in burgos. everything on the menu was either vegan or had a vegan option, with about 7 different options to choose from. we had lunch so divided babaganousch, vietnamese summer rolls and suppe. very tasty and filling. with a kombucha it came to €20 so cheap also. great option if they are looking somewhere in the opposite. my first time in la figa was right when they opened the place. as a vegetarian place, I thought they had at least some vegan options, but that was not the case. the waitress was nice enough to prepare me some grilled vegetables and I appreciated it.
