This review is entirely based on their online order system. It says that ASAP should be within 15 minutes so I placed by order 20 minutes before I was off work (I work close to this location). I walked on over and let them know my name on the order then waited another 15ish minutes while people with walk in orders came in, gave their order, paid, and got their food.
