loved the atmosphere and the service. Erdbeer waffel was certainly at overpriced at $17. everyone knows that this is what children want and a more reasonable option on the child menu would be appropriate. the adult meals were ingenious and decent worth. I would have gone back every day in the moines if I could afford to feed my children. he wouldn't go for the kids pancake breakfast. all in all I will be 5 stars for... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Shelly's Breakfast Lunch:
Eat was cold and soggy when it came to me, and the waitress got my drink wrong 3 times and continued to lie to her boss before me. I was approached and used a posture, I would not have asked for another drink, but the one she gave me was literally unusable. tee and grenadin, heikes. I asked for a roy rogers waitress standing behind us almost all the time when we were there and watched us eat, quite unpleasant. View all feedback.
I got charged for a drink I did not like and sent back do not have their **** marys they're horrible.
Would literally give this place negative 5 stars. First thought it was an older place so the run down look didn't bother us. The table we sat at was so wobbly again didn't bother us fine its an old place...the older woman was just yelling at the younger server about menus and cleaning tables etc loudly... still thinking it's probably family business might be why she is talking to him like that. I wish I took a picture but I freaked out when I seen a HUGE FLYING ROACH coming out of the booth towards me! I jumped up and told the server and the older woman.They didn't seem phased at the slightest. She said oh very calmly... I ran out to throw up I was so disgusted and couldn't believe how calm they were to FLYING ROACHES!!!!Would never recommend or eat there again!I will be calling the Health Department immediately and if they are closed today for the holiday I will be calling tomorrow. DISGUSTING!!!!
