"Usually come in here to pick up food. There's always a nice young man taking orders and when not, he's cleaning and has great customer service. The cooks are also friendly and great to see everytime. Only reason I marked down 2 stars was this horrible experience I had with this female worker a couple weeks back. I came in ordered my food while I was waiting I got up to order something I forgot. First order came out and I was waiting over 30 min. For my second order. I have worked customer service before and didn't want to be rude or hurry her but I did stare at the cook. He told her an order had been waiting for a while and that it might be mine. She said no, she got her food. Then I got up and told her I was still waiting for something and she asked for my receipt which she didn't give me. Luckily I had paid with Venmo so I showed her my receipt on my phone. She tells them to make it again before asking me if I still want it, I'm on my 45min. work break s I tell her I would just like a refund. She then tells me I should of told her that because now Theyr making it again. Well she didn't give me a chance she just starts yelling everytime and talking over me and the cook. she starts yelling at me that I should of said something to her. I told her I didn't want to be rude and am not a cook so don't know how long it takes to make certain foods. but how am I going to tell u something u should already know? Isn't that ur job? It was 12pm and she said she had a long bad day and started crying. At this point the cook and me were just staring at each other there were other people eating and it made it supper uncomfortable. Lady it's been 2 hours into your shift. Get it together. Don't take it out on customers or let it affect your ability to do your job. She was extremely disrespectful going back and forth with me. Infront of co-workers and other customers. She made a whole scene. It sucks to go by and peek if she's working that day or not so I know weather to step in or not."

"Excellent food. I think it's getting better with time, or maybe I'm just learning what I like. Burgers are well prepared, you get to pick out what you want from a long list of choices. Onion rings were excellent. Friendly service."

"Got to try the spot for the first time today, I was pleasantly surprised with portion size, flavor, and speed. I highly recommend dropping by if you want a satisfying and full meal. Tried the pork and the chicken, both of them were extremely good. And I think their jalapeño cilantro sour cream dressing sauce is unique. Highly recommend, wish they opened more locations."

"Very authentic and delicious! Loved the Shiitake buns and green onion pancake! Would absolutely come back to try some of their other vegan offerings. They have quite a few vegan options and they are clearly labelled on the menu. Make sure to grab some of their vinegar and chili oil condiments YUM!! good prices too! Edit: now I've tried more dishes from here! Everything is amazing but I was blown away by their Chilli The Garlic Tofu Lamen. Omg the flavors were outstanding! I haven't ever had a dish quite like that. Their vegan dumplings and Jajang were also fabulous. I've loved everything I've had here. Fantastic take away spot!! "Ordered a coconut cake for my moms birthday here and it was delicious. Light, not too much frosting, and filled with fresh raspberries. Highly recommend them for custom cakes. Super high quality."
