Soul Food to go! I'm picky about my soul food, but this is a fantastic food truck. Auntie approved, and validated for the cook-out. The Mac and Cheese (baked, as it should be) made a strong showing, fried chicken was solid, sweet cornbread was moist. We had the truck over in our development. We ordered the fried chicken and received two small drumsticks and Mac and Cheese. The food was okay. We also had the bread pudding which was below average. I think they didn't expect the good turnout they had. I will say if you run out of food then shut it down or manage to have a reserve to address the demand.
