You should let people know your buffet is no longer available on the weekdays. Otherwise, I would have given a better review, as your food has been good enough for 3-4 stars by itself. As there aren't many Indian buffets available in the area, I took time in the middle of the week to come here, and I don't live so close that it was worth my time to find that out by arrival.
