"What a memorable evening! Greeted by welcoming friendly staff and given a beautiful view overlooking the beach. The food was amazing!! 5 out of 5 for sure!! So much detail went into both the entree and main, a testament to the chef and his crew. The flavours were mind blowing! For all you “foodies” out there, I implore you to eat at this restaurant, you will be so happy you did. From SA and can’t wait to get back to Coolangatta to eat here again."

"Govindas at Burleigh has tasty vegetarian food at pretty reasonable prices, with good hot foods, beautiful salads and nice deserts. The vegetable lasagne is delicious. We live in Burleigh Heads, are not vegetarian, but we often go to Govindas to grab a delicious, healthy vegetarian...takeaway which we take down to eat beside the beach or at Burleigh Point. Life is good, when you but food at Govindas!"

"We felt like eating fish and chips and found Red Hot Cod in Burleigh Heads. We ordered two pieces of crumbed Cod and they were the most beautiful pieces of fish we have eaten in a very long time. The fish fillets were larger than...we expected and the crumb coating was just amazing. The fish was lovely and moist and perfectly cooked. Our chips were yellow like other reviewers have mentioned but there is nothing wrong with that. The chips were yummy too. We notice that the General Manager responds to all of the Tripadvisor comments so please note how happy we were with our visit to your shop. We could see the staff in the kitchen freshly cooking our meal while we waited. Service was prompt and friendly. All most acceptable."
