"What a memorable evening! Greeted by welcoming friendly staff and given a beautiful view overlooking the beach. The food was amazing!! 5 out of 5 for sure!! So much detail went into both the entree and main, a testament to the chef and his crew. The flavours were mind blowing! For all you “foodies” out there, I implore you to eat at this restaurant, you will be so happy you did. From SA and can’t wait to get back to Coolangatta to eat here again."

"My only regret is it took me 3 coffees to find Black Coffee Lyrics. After that it was the only place. The staff are friendly, decor very cool, the coffee is brilliant. It's a bit difficult to find and when they say they open for breakfast at 8am thats more of a guidline, which is a shame."

"One of the best around for sushi and very popular..most days there is a wait line but worth it ..better than Sushi train and costs around the same . "This is no doubt the most amazing Japanese restaurant I have ever experienced. This place is truely a hidden gem on road side it just looks like barn doors and you wouldn't even no it existed, food I have ever eaten. Open the doors and its like walking into another room. The best Japanese food and amazing drinks! I will be back on my next visit to the Gold Coast!"

"Can blame for eating. it was great to try so many different things. this is my kind of space. I wish I had tried everything on the menu in a session. the worst thing for me was where I sat, that I could see everything from the kitchen, it looked so delicious. great place for a nice quiet meal. super friendly and polite staff."
