When in the Dallas metro, and you've had your fill of brisket, do yourself a favor and go to Patties in Rendon. This tenderloin is fantastic 9 out of 10. I went for mayo and onions. It was pounded in front of me. The fries were cut in front of me. All of it was done by the owners. The tenderloin was tasty and juicy. The breading was really light, and stayed on the tenderloin. What Billy Reeves doesn't like about Patties Burgers And Fries:
Burger was flavorless, bun was soggy. Meat was still pink, and had a huge chunk of something hard and chewy. Onion rings are also lacking flavor.
