As a chef (not to be pretentious, we basically cook for a living) I can tell these cooks dgaf. They probably don’t get paid well or something, unfortunately. We ordered from doordash, so we couldn’t ask about the mistakes. We haven’t eaten at Regio Pollo in a few years, and the food quality and the accuracy of the order was atrocious.
