"This place was well worth the 80 minute drive! I'll be back soon. The staff here is simply incredible! Not everyone speaks English, but they were super helpful from the servers, the cashier, and even the management. Moreover, I took the advice of thestaff and tried the combo plate and it was the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. The pita bread was magical and the hummuswas silk. My friend was skeptical of the hummus bowl and was pleasantly delighted. "I have been coming to Bay Area bagels, formerly house of bagels, for close to three decades, and while the customer service has gone progressively down hill, nothing was as bad as my experience today. They were out of half their flavors by 10:30am, and I ordered one bagel sandwich and one bagel with cream cheese and with only two orders ahead of mine it took close to twenty minutes. That wouldn't have necessarily been a problem if they were polite when asking for a timing update. When I asked the young lady up front if she could let me know how long until my order, she ignored me and then told me it was not her job. When I finally got my order, the bagels were cold, as if they'd been toasted and the forgotten. Zero out of five stars would be more appropriate."
