We stumbled upon Narin trying to avoid crowds in downtown Burlingame. Initially we were worried about the restaurant being empty when everywhere else was bustling. It filled up soon though.Let's be clear. This isn't a date spot. So the atmosphere naturally makes you believe you're going to taste some amazing Thai food. "This place was well worth the 80 minute drive! I'll be back soon. The staff here is simply incredible! Not everyone speaks English, but they were super helpful from the servers, the cashier, and even the management. Moreover, I took the advice of thestaff and tried the combo plate and it was the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. The pita bread was magical and the hummuswas silk. My friend was skeptical of the hummus bowl and was pleasantly delighted. This place is individual order by app orcashier with servers delivering food which is okay for families and excellent for groups!"

"While the boba is good and made with organic milk, it smelled heavily of cleaning products. It is pricier than most others. "I have been coming to Bay Area bagels, formerly house of bagels, for close to three decades, and while the customer service has gone progressively down hill, nothing was as bad as my experience today. They were out of half their flavors by 10:30am, and I ordered one bagel sandwich and one bagel with cream cheese and with only two orders ahead of mine it took close to twenty minutes. That wouldn't have necessarily been a problem if they were polite when asking for a timing update. When I asked the young lady up front if she could let me know how long until my order, she ignored me and then told me it was not her job. When I finally got my order, the bagels were cold, as if they'd been toasted and the forgotten. Zero out of five stars would be more appropriate."

"I've been to a few other locations and instantly become a fan of their creamy and unique flavors. I usually go for their limited edition flavors and it's usually pretty good. Def over priced but nice to indulge once in awhile. I got the red velvet this time around and it was spectacular. Not too sweet yet ultra creamy.Keep in mind when coming here that the service is not great. The servers weren't very patient with us as we were trying different flavors. They looked like they did not want to be there frankly. Other than the poor ambiance, I will most likely go back to another location to try their new flavors!"
