What User doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
they lost my order and then when they prepared a new order, it made it wrong. that was a total surprise for me from a Chick-fil-A. They said they tried a new one to process the passage, obviously it was not working. the only thing they could say was sad after waiting for another 25 minutes after 20 minutes in passing. read more.

Typical CFA.. accurate and efficient service, hot food, clean restaurant. The drive thru was wrapped around the building when we arrived so we opted to dine-in....

"I went to Alamance Rd. And ordered a chicken club and plain chicken No Bread) . It was around 12 noon. We were told the chicken wasn't cooked and asked if we wanted to wait. She said it would be 2-3 minutes. We were told to park and they would bring it out in a couple minutes. We pulled up and we waited 27 minutes to get the food and that was only because we called them from the parking lot."
