I ordered yesterday the hot pastrami and explosions of fireworks ran on my taste bud when the hot savory sandwich hit my lips. it was so good that I told everyone and everyone I came into contact with all day. no phone to ask about their hours what is enough to evaluate them quite badly. but why have they beaten up for it, as the loss of the potential business beats enough. other than that, although, the ambiente and music are not different than an oasis suddenly appear when they need it. "DAMN GOOD BBQ, drinks, and people. The whole reason we ate here was I was taking pictures of a home (I am a real estate photographer) in Burlington and I drove by. The smell of their bbq as I passed by caught my attention. If you can't smell the bbq before you get to a bbq joint it ain't worth stopping in. We tried the ribs and the brisket. The ribs were perfectly delicious. BUT oh lordy was the brisket good and thank god they did not trim off any of the fat. My only complaint was the collards (which were delicious). I used to live in Georgia and they always cooked collards with country ham. By country ham, I am talking the Southern kind that has it's own particular flavor. I wished a piece of ham would have been in the cup with the rest of the collard liquor. Bluebird is so good I would eat there right now if they were open."

"We had a boat trip on Lake Champlain and some time before starting. This was a good place to relax before and after. The beer is extraordinary tasty, everyone will find his or hers special. I tried Cascade, Crystal, and nameless. My favorite: Crystal. You’ll find also very friendly staff members. Don’t miss this place!"
