I ordered the fried pork with black rice. First time getting the platter and I’m chewing on more fat than pork. Not what I had expected. I’d rather wait for food to be properly prepared than get a rush job with food prepped poorly. The white pieces have a thick layer of pork fat. What a shame especially since I gave a tip. read more.
