Large gym with plenty of equipment and amenities (squash, basketball, pool, saunas) at (usually) a great price. Very friendly staff and change rooms are regularly cleaned. Equipment is always in great condition and repairs are done promptly if needed. The only real drawback (and this is not the gym’s fault) is the lack of gym etiquette. If the sauna is a part of your routine I recommend avoiding this location as a whole. Very dated equipment. Your lucky if the sauna is even working for 2 days of the month, about time they make an upgrade and resolve the issue instead of “buying parts” every few weeks. Great gym! teamworkers and trainers were from day 1 person and helpful. in contrast to previous fitness experience I look forward to going on that. the facilities are clean and in good shape.
I really enjoy going to this gym. kyle and jason are really good what they do in la fitness. kyle helped me register in the best plan, and also gave me a very good nutritional plan. jason is a very good trainer. he gives me not only a very good personal training every session, but he also keeps me motivated.
I am currently at la fitness and must say it was a great decision. mason really helped me ask and helped me go with an amazing job on the phone. when you reach la fitness? kyle was the first trainer I met and is by far the best in la fitness, highly recommended to ask for his service. he is sympathetic, concentrated and really wants to see that they reach their goals. he has solutions for any problem they have, has a feeling of humor, helps them with machines with great detail involved. kyle is motivating and will really push her as well as know her limits. the staff are very friendly, sweet, so all the others are working out there. amazing equipment with relaxation, sauna with pool. 100% recommend if they really want to achieve their goals.
Best branch of LA Fitness I’ve been to in the GTA, Troy gave me an awesome deal for me and my family. Clean facility with even better staff. 100% would recommend to ANYONE!
