Best bistro in downtown Burlington. Nice intimate ambiance and spotlessly clean. Our server was personable, pleasant and efficient. ...not sure what the "overall value" reference points are ...but this place flat out doesn't compete in the fine dining(food prep/quality/presn) category and if you drop it down a segment they don't have the choices or prices??? Just not sure what they are trying to do there??.
