This place really is a hit and miss. Sometimes the food is incredible and sometimes it really is substandard. Same goes for the staff. At times they seem bored they have to take your order and at times they are very friendly. It depends who is working.. I really do like A&W's decision to use meat that is steroid and hormone free.
