What Celia Lau likes about Maruhachi Ra-men Metrotown:
The restaurant is very spacious and ramen tastes delicious. The broth is rich and flavourful but it doesn’t taste oily. I ordered the limited time offering: Black TanTan Men. It came with a free portion of rice that I could enjoy the rest of the broth with. I like my ramen al dente so it tasted perfect for me. Servers and chefs are all Japanese. I think they changed the soup base, not as tasty as it used to be. Definitely sad about it, still quite tasty though! Fast and courteous service.
