The pho here is very good. They have a fairly wide assortment of ingredients but are missing some of the more adventurous ones. For example, I wanted the Bun Bo Hue, which traditionally has pork blood, but they don't have pork blood. As such, I went with rare steak, flank, tendon and tripe and was not disappointed.
