I used to order food from mobile app. They have a good service. Most of the food are served efficiently. Sometimes, they are efficient. What expired memes doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Waited 22 minutes while everyone got their orders and left and new people who ordered within a minute got their orders. I ask for my order and they said they don't have it at the moment and offer me a different item than I ordered. They also forgot to give parts of the items they replaced my original with.
