A great addition to Burnham with excellent quality seafood for reasonable prices. The oysters are terrific and were the key draw since its weirdly hard to get Maldon Oysters in the area even though they are grown nearby. A nice range of shellfish from local suppliers and further afield, crabs, lobsters and other fish as the seasons allow. Would love to see this go permanent and add some drinks too! read more.

The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat and drink in beautiful weather, And into the accessible spaces also come guests with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.

Nice guy selling really fresh seafood at good prices. Can't ask for more than that.

"Lisa and Dave are so inviting that you could easily bask in their cosy, warm and friendly surroundings all day long. They truly create a very special place, somewhere that stays in your mind and sticks to your heart. Their food is fantastic. I find a small savoury selection is a true sign of a confident master chef. The patties are the very best I’ve tasted, the cheesey scone was delicious and the soup was packed with flavour! The cake selection is phenomenal even if you are full, take a mini selection of treats or a slice of cake home otherwise you will regret it! I fondly dream of a pattie, a good ol’mug of tea, whilst soaking up the warmth of love and soft reggae music that exudes from The Loft."
