Got the order wrong twice which I can not have cows milk due to allergy, complained there was only 3 members of staff and was rude to myself and other customers in the queue, what do you want now to a person simply waiting for her drink at the side. Ended up leaving my entire coffee without trying it due as I didn 't want to receive anymore of her aggressive tone. Unprofessional. View all feedback.
