What Neil Dakin doesn't like about Bistro 197:
Pretty much all aspects of the service were poor. Even down to paying the bill. So it was a huge surprise to be served meals which were excellent. I arrived early and had coffee while waiting for the rest of our group of 6. They arrived at our booked time and all seated about 10 minutes but no server came....
