What Norm Irwin doesn't like about El Toreo Mexican:
Way over priced for what you get. The food there is 2 stars at best. The staff was friendly when they would show up but were absent from the dining area most of the time. The atmosphere is a small town cafe at best. I do not recommend you waste your money there. View all feedback.
