Caribou Coffee - Burnsville

What Tracy Marie likes about Caribou Coffee:
I've been going to this location for years and love it. Went it today and it was still just a great experience. I don't really understand the bad reviews I've seen on here. The staff was really nice, they got our two drinks out in a very timely fashion and everything was correct. Can't ask for much more! Plus, I love the atmosphere in there. View all feedback.

They were not very hospitable. It took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the counter before they. Even said hello or came to take the order. Ask a question about the bathroom code and the response was very cold very unwelcoming. They forgot the malt flavoring in the malt hot mochas. One employee seemed like she was more interested in flirting with a guy than doing her job over in the corner sitting at a table.... View all feedback.
