I order lunch from here just about every workday.
I was running in to get a couple of drinks for my pregnant wife and I while she sat in the car waiting for me to return.
The food is usually good, but the service has been awful almost every single time.

"Amazing tea house and friendly staff. Very well equipped with different tea options and very knowledgeable! I'll come back as much as possible. There are different tea options that you can buy as single cups or for gifts. They offer a stamp card I feel, I would really fill quickly. Beautiful seating for work or relaxation. I would suggest cooking the tapioca in honey for a yummy bite and more snacks! Tea on the pot would also be a wonderful option."

"Ordered the following crepes: Crème Brûlée, 2 Japonesques, Lemon Mango Cheesecake w/ coffee mochi ice cream, and a Coco-Mango w/ mango mochi cream. Everyone in the group enjoyed all the flavors but the favorite was the Japonesque crepes. Adding the mochi ice cream makes it even better! We also ordered a Sakura bubble tea which we forgot to take a picture of, but it was pretty good too. Would come here again, great place to take friends and family."

"I had the honour to visit this facility a few days ago with my husband and children, and I can't say good things about Zupas anymore. The food is impeccable to say the least the chickens Enchilada soup rivaled my grandmother, who is a feat in itself. The servers and buyers were friendly, even going to supplement my hair. I recommend this store to ANYONE looking for amazing food and an even better experience."

"Just an all-around great experience. All of the dishes were excellent. Our menu had a gazpacho that was the best I 've ever had. I don 't normally love gazpacho but this was very different and without a doubt the best I 've ever had. Other highlights included a creative taco salad that was so much better than I just made it sound. Highly recommended."
