I went through the drive thru this morning and after placing my order and paying i proceeded to the food window where they asked me to pay again. Honest mistake. I said, “ you want me to pay again”. Window lady was rude and when I went to reach for my beverage she pulled it back in the window and told me “excuse me”.Manager came over and defended her. Definitely will never be back.
