This place has really went downhill. I worked there in 2015-2016 and the food and service was amazing. This visit was quite the opposite. The waitress told us she wasn't our waitress but would get our drinks while we waited on our waitress. After 1/2 hour waiting I went to another waitress to find out that girl was our waitress after all. She was absent the whole time, our food tasted like old grease and we continued... Great food and service. We both had sandwiches and took advantage of the power hour drinks. Loved looking around at the decor and the karaoke going.
