I've been eating at this Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins for a few years and I've only had one issue which ended up being an issue with the company rather the store. In spite of this issue, I can honestly say that it was handled very well my the manager on shift. Apart from that, this store was recently renovated and looks modern and clean. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Went in today around 11am and the lady behind the register had a very nasty attitude and wasn?t helpful at all. She must be new never seen her before and never want to see her again, Way to start the morning off ! Normally they are very friendly but this new person missed the mark View all feedback.
