"We went to Amigos without a great deal of expectation. My partner stated that she doesn't like Mexican. However within one lovely meal we are both now fully converted. We'll start with the reception, we were welcomed by an extremely friendly man who found us a great table. Then our waitress was cheerful and attentive and took our order. Our starter was the nachos. At other places I've had small plates of not very tasty chips. I was flabbergasted when a huge plate of fully loaded chips, loads of cheese, loads of sauce and loads of guacamole. A really excellent dish. I was then worried about the main course, I was right to be. It was huge, I had beef enchiladas, and it had masses of sides with it. It was gorgeous, unfortunately I had too much, I can't remember the last time I left food, but by golly I had to leave quite a bit, I was stuffed. Beautiful. I would recommend Amigos to anyone who wants a very tasty meal, with plenty of food. Thank you very much ."
