We had a very good time on our first visit to Giraffe, for a birthday meal. The food was excellent and we loved the choice on the menu. The staff were very nice and friendly. We did find it to be quite cold but that's the only real downside. We've already recommended this place to friends and are looking forward to going again! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Giraffe Bury St Edmunds:
was not shown on our table, only indicated where we sat. one of the tapas dishes tasted strange, we were asked if we wanted an alternative, but we had almost finished eating. my daughter burger was hard and she found it infertile View all feedback.

Food was good and just the right waiting time before the food was served and between mains and deserts. Staff were friendly and helpful

"This was the first visit for a special occasion. the staff are very friendly and the service is fantastic when a little rushed. the quality of the food was error-free and all made for a very pleasant evening. we would certainly eat more often there if it were not the prices that I think most of us are too high. even with the £20 eating rabatt it was still £80 for two of us with 2 curses, 1 beer and 1 bottle of the cheapest weinouch!"
