"LP on Main was super above the board! On Thursday night we sat in the bar. Wide selection of bourbons and wines. The bartender (Sara Jean, if I remember correctly) made a delicious old fashion and was super sweet and courteous. The food was delicious, not skipping dessert! Everyone was very friendly, including the owner and various staff I interacted with. Definitely recommend and look forward to my next visit!"

"Tbh we almost skipped this place judgementally, OK because it's right across the street from Mast Store. We thought it might just be one of those tempting tourist traps. NOT SO. It's been years since we found a place out traveling so good that we made reservations to come back on the spot. With a Johnson Wales trained chef and a staff of enchanting folks running the show, do not sleep on this place. Shout out to Justin and Marissa for making both our visits this week wonderful. Cocktails are fun and refreshing, the food is amazing see the local mushroom stroganoff pictured and the vibe is chill and country fresh. Try the quiche or trout dip, too. ??"

"We finished a great dinner here and couldn't recommend this place anymore. The Sport Bar (The Barra) is connected to Sorrentos Italian so that they share a menu. The food: My husband and I shared the Vodka Pasta with chicken and STILL had remnants to bring hope so that it is safe to say that portion sizes are great here and justify prices. Service: Will is amazing! Very attentive and friendly. He is the epitome of what a server should be! Drinks: We had both local wines. I had the banner Elk know and it was great! My husband had the local Cabernet and he loved it too. We also tried the port wine to dessert and loved it - perfectly sweet. The atmosphere: We sat in the sports bar at a high summit to watch the games and we loved it! You have a karaoke room, but his separate ones so if that's not your thing you don't hear. Dessert: We will talk to Tiramisu with the accompanying port wine and it has not been disappointed! Seriously, split the dinner and save space for it! Oh, and put the Barra on your Must-Go list in Banner Elk!"

"The food is great and they managed to keep prices as far as possible.
