What Michael Ferrari doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
I should have known better when I opened my menu and it was sticky. I should have left right then and there when my order was wrong. I requested no jalapeños in my food, but it came with them. The waiter never returned to give me a chance to send it back. The restaurant was dirty and it was only 1:30 in the afternoon. I will never return to this chili restaurant again. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. It all started with the friendly and courteous host. The server was also very knowledgeable and attentive.
