Getting out of the booth my five year old grandson spilt his caramel frappe. I went up to the counter to let them know that we had a mess on the floor that would require a mop. They were very nice and remade another frappe for my grandson. View all feedback.

What Jamie Kline doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Customer service is good. Food is hot and drinks are cold. Only reason why I gave 3 stars is most of the dining room tables were dirty and I saw a lot of employees goofing off in the kitchen. Apparently once there facilities help leaves its below them to have to clean the tables. View all feedback.
