We were in Accord Highland for 2 nights. It was an amazing experience. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and very tasty. The playground in the backside (cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, carrom, table tennis and many more for kids) are really very relaxing and will not make you feel bored if you have no other plans. Staffs are also very well behaved. Top on the hills great place to spend. Service: 5 View all feedback.

Pathetic experience. Plugs in the room not working. When we checked in, even we had to ask for drinking water, it was a biggest shocker. Jet spray had to be repaired. Blower in the room was working some times, suddenly used to get off. Hair dryer in the beauty room not working. Food tastes bad. Please think before booking for family leasure trip to Ooty.
