What Jane Kong doesn't like about Artichoke Cafe:
Service and ambience was good , food abit dissatisfied. I ordered homemade pork burger, patty was nice but burger bun was too hard , difficult to cut and hard bite . It will be better if serve wit soft bun , French fries serve with big portion. read more.

The Artichoke Cafe from Butterworth has courses on offer that are typical for Europe, the menu also includes fine vegetarian recipes. Surely, it's also a nice experience to feel like in the Wild West once, to drink and enjoy like the cowboys or even the bandits with a beverage or two paired with onion rings and a nice tasty burger, here they serve a appetizing brunch for breakfast.

"Came to Penang for a holiday and found this gem in the heart of the city. The best bistro I've been through out my travels in Asia. Very reasonable price on cocktails and beers try their signature dishes.. it's out of this world. Awesome live music every night from rock, blues country. Trust me it's freaking good. Very friendly staffs and the owner is so humble whereby he finds time to sit and chat with his guests. Really made me my mates feel welcome at home. If only I could take this piece of gem to Australia and make it my own. Definitely coming back on my next visit."
