"I recommend 1000x The hostel is very pretty. The waiters, madam and her son are so welcoming, pleasant and smiling that would stay there the day. We went there a month ago, we tasted the burgundy beef and it was a pleasure! From the entrance of dessert a pure pleasure! Even the aperitif was very good. "Restaurant en périphérie chalonnaise, au milieu de nul part...Le cadre est magnifique et dépaysant...A l'exterieur, tout est étudié pour que vous arriviez détendu à l'entrée du restaurant...Le jeu de l'eau, du bois et des plantes donnent a l'endroit un coté zen décontracté, chic...Une fois à l'interieur, vous n'avez plus qu'a vous laisser guider vers un voyage gustatif haut en couleurs et saveurs , Le personnel de service est charmant, attentionné...agréable.La cuisine est elle une véritable explosion de saveurs, tout est bien exécuté...certes les produits sont frais et de qualités, mais le savoir faire du chef fait vraiment toute la différence...un vrai régal pour les papilles... BRAVOune seule remarque => une musique d'ambiance dans la salle de restaurant serait un vrai atout...et permettrait aux différents convives de discuter sans avoir peur de déranger ou d'être entendu par les autres clients..."

"We visited this restaurant for the first time three years ago, but our second and third visited occurred within less than two weeks. as with our first visit we were greeted by the cook and the waitress (another lady is no longer there) and a selection of tables given. with good weather, the terrace area in front of the restaurant is a good choice. there is no printed menu, as the table menu often changes and there is much to choose, for our second visit we ordered fish terrine and pate en croute for entree, kalb with girolles, and masere of refugees for the main course and chocolate fondant and cream karamell dessert. all the dishes were excellent, with taking out the cream caramel, which was good, but not excellent. we shared a bottle of excellent cremant, and managed to leave the restaurant, very full, satisfied and without our handy (it is gray and the tables are gray after we retrieved our handy a few days later, we returned to the restaurant a week later. we were warmly welcomed by the French cook, who said in beautiful English, hallo mr w. her phone is in her pocket I hope the menu had changed again, and this time we ordered a fantasy of husked fruits (a sweet salad), a beef thalrine, braided pork with a sauce and a chocolate fountain. while we both have our second meal over our third, both meal times were made fresh, and very good. the holy pierre represents real value for money. we shouldn't have waited three years before we come back!"
