We turned up when the restaurant was closed with two young children, all in need of food from our bike ride. We were warmly welcomed and given a meat and cheese platter that was so delicious we had two!! Thank you for going out of your way to help us! A lovely place, great food and even better service. What Caroline Bazin doesn't like about Au bord de l'eau:
Probably the worst meal we had in France grizzle in burger , was asked if I wanted medium, and arrived cremated. Portion size was very small. Very expensive 1 burger, goats cheese salad, carafe of wine 41 euros, then charged 12 euros to moor boat!! Don't get me wrong happy to pay double if the food is good. View all feedback.
Great atmosphere. Go on a Thursday or Saturday to .catch Terry and Sandra playing great music at the port. Seriously, the best burger ever!
What a lovely place for a business meeting, on the canal side amongst the boats! Lovely lunch and excellent service!
