"This Japanese caffe is a real pleasure. I ordered the mushroom katsu, and my companion ordered the auberginen dengaku. both dishes were beautifully prepared and presented with beautiful aromas and combinations of ingredients. every detail, up to the rustic cherry and prompt and polite service, was well prepared and added to the experience. Veg*n dishes are identified on the menu, workers are helpful and worth knowing if they are not sure about budgets. bonus: outdoor seats, wood furniture and trees, garden suns."

"Sometimes have Friday lunch here if we don 't want to travel too far. Very small but interesting bar area but has large covered and uncovered outdoor eating and drinking area. As stated the menu is cheap and cheerful typical pub food but sizeable portions...and good value for money. Very much a local pub in a very small village just off the highway near Ocean Shores. Friendly service in a historic setting."
