"Disappointed. Manager Helen was so rude. Came down on Sunday, not sure if was late or if she wanted to leave early but hosting was terrible. I am local have been going to mezclub for years, never had a such bad experience. Food tasteless, rude staff.. heads up, the guy Albert (maybe), blond hair.. was very friendly and smiley! "Book well in advance, especially if you want to eat on Friday or Saturday. Although a little pricey (note surcharges on Sunday and public holidays), given the quality, taste and serving sizes, it actually isn't too bad value for money wise. We definitely over ordered, so be careful with how much you order Cocktails: loved my call me later colada, and the floating market was a treat. Smalls: salt and pepper tofu was firm and the topping and sauces worked well. The prawn toast was perfect in every way except they make the prawn into a past (I prefer actual prawn pieces) Bigs: loved the chicken larb, very generous with the serve and amongst the best in Australia. The beef brisket massaman curry was excellent. Each component (potatoes, beef and sauce) were outstanding in their own right. The salted cucumbers were very refreshing. Next time I think we will stick to two smalls, a big and a salad and see how we go."

"Fabulous café in Byron and waiting during the summer holidays worth. The sweet potato flatcake was delicious and I really enjoyed the coconut cold brew coffee. Although it can be busy, the staff are super friendly and up to Earth. Next time I come to Byron I definitely come back here!"
