What User likes about Shakey's Pizza Parlor:
The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy, and the staff is excellent. Although they initially got our order wrong, they were very apologetic and quickly rectified the mistake within minutes. I give them five stars for their exceptional service. The waiter in charge of our table went above and beyond, and the manager was very hands-on in ensuring the order was properly corrected.
