"I had the red snapper. I wasn't pleased it was overcooked. My dad had the pulpo it was phenomenal, good amount of food too. My son had the lechon good amount also and the black rice is Soo good!! Must try for sure."

"In and out. Called prior to arriving to check closing schedule and if we were on time. We got there at 9pm because we had been informed over the phone that kitchen closed at 10. Lady at hostess booth was extremely rude and told me kitchen was busy yada yada. Needs an attitude check ASAP. Will change review if I decide to make a second attempt. Changes from 1 star with first experience or first attempt to 4 stars. Service second time around was very good, great tasting food and presentation! We will be back. "The GM never answered our email or recognized our TripAdvisor review HighPoints: the view outside, Héctor who tried his best to make a special Valentine 's with a normal outdoor bar menu Low Points: all the lovely expensive drinks served in cloudy PLASTIC glasses, though we are far from the sea and far from the pool who serves bottled champagne drinks in plastic for Valentine 's Day in a restaurant? St Regis does! NO reference to Valentine 's Day anywhere at this luncheon event for friends that cost $700USD the birds constantly landing on tables and unafraid of dogs, children, and diners; the complete disregard for Valentine 's Day with NO mention on menu, no special desserts, no Valentine 's welcome on the table, and no Valet welcome for the Valentine 's Day; security greets at main entrance us with Are you staying here? ... perhaps a good afternoon and welcome to our property..... are you a guest or a visiting tourist with a reservation? ; filthy, unkept bathrooms behind the restaurant (see photos) Our server Hector told us the pastry chef would come to our table as he was close by (and he NEVER EVER came to our table) as we wanted to inquire about the Strawberry Eton Mess (which was just a soup no meringue or ice cream or anything even matching the description) and the Chocolate Lava (which came overbaked and cold) ; they were OUT of Panna Cotta on Valentine 's Day with no special desserts either; a buggy brought us from Valet parking to the restaurant; when we asked about a buggy to take us back to the front with our 91 year old guest with a cane, the boy at the sunscreen shop said it 's better for you to walk, and I don 't have a phone here. I went back to the restaurant and they phoned a buggy immediately HOW DO YOU MESS UP DESSERTS ON VALENTINE 'S DAY FOR FIVE? THE SAINT REGIS DEFINITELY DID! "This place is absolutely amazing! Went by here when we went on vacation for the first time to PR and now that my senior trip is coming around I chose a cruise specifically going to PR so that I could come back to visit this place! I’m so excited and it’s just awesome. The environment is laid back and last time we were there we played with the owners dog! Nothing better"
