On 2/19/17 we had our wedding reception at Cabo Blue. The owners, Scott and Amanda, were so helpful in meeting with us to plan our food and drink menu. We told them the amount of money we had to work with and we're pleasantly surprised by all we got for 3 hours. Came here for dinner with the family. Server was nice and helpful. Had a large, very drunk group of 50 somethings behind us who were nice but a bit overbearing. Food was hit or miss. My blue cheese burger was tasty, nothing special but good. My wife liked the 3 taco plate, but the salsa bar didn't identify spice level and she got one that was way too hot on one and ruined it.
